Tim Tantum has spent a productive 42 years putting the Universal In Universal Nutrition. He has helped design the blueprints and drive the architectural framework for national and global expansion. During his time as Chief Sales Officer he oversaw national brand development and distribution needs to meet growing demand, increasing sales more than tenfold. As Co-CEO Tim is writing and implementing the playbook to prepare the company, internally and externally, for an international future.

Jad Khairallah is a seasoned corporate executive with tenures at several Fortune 500 companies. In his time at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble he oversaw revenue growth for several billion-dollar brands. Jad’s role at Universal Nutrition is to help coach an exceptional team as it enters the big leagues.

Dr. Lewis came to Universal Nutrition in 2007 riding a decade-long career as a scientist at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Expertise that allowed him to play a pivotal role in ensuring Universal Nutrition’s full and ongoing compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act. Chad successfully met regulatory requirements for all Universal Nutrition products, ensuring consumer health before all else. Today, Dr. Lewis is focused on the future of manufacturing at Universal Nutrition.

Kimberly Harrison-Senter is an accomplished marketing executive, commercial leader, and brand champion, blending the strengths of large corporations with the agility of smaller ones. With an extensive foundation in top-tier CPG and known for her fearless approach to growth acceleration, she has an unwavering focus on results but with a deep commitment to people and teams.

In 2021 and 2022 as Director of Amazon Sales and Development he championed a 40% YoY growth, and has been instrumental in building product strategies that have delivered quadruple growth figures through Amazon globally. Today he continues to drive Universal Nutrition’s growth and success in a competitive and exciting industry.

Leila Davis plays it by the numbers. She has 30 years of experience in all areas of corporate and operational

organizations. No one is better placed to successfully drive transition from small to big business. She thrives in systematically uncovering multilayered business problems and executing on the changes needed to achieve peak levels of efficiency and profitability.

Len is a man with a broad smile and deep knowledge. His background includes 30 years of Consumer Product Goods (CPG) experience with responsibilities in Sales Leadership and Customer Marketing across all key channels of trade at a national level. At Universal Nutrition he is responsible for developing and executing retail strategies for both Animal and UniversalU brands, overseeing sales across Food, Drug, Mass, and Specialty channels.
